FUNCTION
IN PLACE
Place the outdoor stadium in the riskiest location as it is used throughout the day. Street libraries, playgrounds, and workshops are placed in the middle of the community so everyone can access learning equally. Place the foundation office near the community to support the people in the community and place the public area center in the community center because it needs the most space.
